Setting up the sequence of emails and lead magnet is actually quite simple. Although this diagram looks complex, it actually details the whole process of a squeeze page and sending emails, so it gives you a complete picture.

Sequence setup – with MailChimp
MailChimp – Part D – Email Confirmation
This is enabled by default in MailChimp, usually you don’t need to do anything. If you want to customise the email that the visitors see, from the Dashboard, go to Lists, then [choose your list], then Signup Forms, then General, then Opt-in Confirmation Email, and make the changes you want to make.
MailChimp Part F – Lead Magnet Email
This is enabled by default in MailChimp, usually you don’t need to do anything. If you want to customise the email that the visitors see, from the Dashboard, go to Lists, then [choose your list], then Signup Forms, then General, then Final “Welcome” Email, and make the changes you want to make.
MailChimp Part G – Autoresponders
In the MailChimp Dashboard, go to Autoresponders and then Create Autoresponder. You can set up as many autoresponder emails as you wish, you just need to choose the right list and the time delay.
